Week 2, Day 2 workout is done ✅

I have been soo busy the last week and I’m finishing up my finals this week. And I can’t tell you how excited I am to be done with classes for the semester .
The next couple weeks are going to be busy for me but I’m determined to keep working out and to stay on track
.
Holidays can be hard but they aren’t impossible to keep or start your fitness journey on. If you need some extra accountability send me a message and we can be in this together 👊🏼😘

Last night was such a wonderful night. After Isaac and I had both finished out homework and studying (even though it was late) we took time to read through the same bible passage together. This is easily my new favorite thing to do together. We both usually read our own thing but tonight we decided to study the same passage
.
We both have crazy busy schedules and it’s easy for us to get wrapped up in the craziness and forget to do routine things like reading our bible. But last night was perfect. Reading my bible by the Christmas tree was everything I needed
.
Today I challenge you to create and commit to a healthy habit for yourself. It doesn’t have to be but can be working out. Do you read personal development books, read the Bible, take your dog for a walk, yoga? What do you do to take care of yourself each day??

I find it truly humbling when a workout leaves you sitting on the floor for a least 10 minutes after
.
I needed this workout today. All day long I felt stressed and surrounded by negativity and I was determined to not let it make me negative .
Being able to be around the negativity and still be able to get a SOLID workout in was a win in my book
.
My coach @chases.healthy.habits and I started a new program today together and unlike the last one, this workout has 0 weights. We are exited to crush this together and hold one another accountability through the whole thing 🙌🏼

What a great morning it has been already! We tried out a new church this morning and we loved it. That alone is such an amazing feeling. It is so important to Isaac and I that we find a church that we can stand behind 100%, we are going to try out their bible study groups and listen to a few more sermons before making a final decision but so far we love it ❤️

What is your favorite part about Sundays?

This year is going to be filled with many first for my little family and we are so excited for our first Christmas in our first home together
.
It’s easy to let all the stress of this time of year take over and become very overwhelming but it so important to remember the reason for the season .
Instead of stressing about the things that need to be done try and focus on the things that are done and all the positive that you have in your life at this moment. Don’t let the stress take away for what you’ve got (I’m totally guilty of doing this far to often) .
Today has a good day. I had my first one-on-one with my coach @whitcombfitness this morning, then I had a hair appointment which is always so refreshing and I have spent the rest of my day cleaning, doing homework, and relaxing
.
Today I choose to be thankful and appreciate what I’ve got ❤️ what are you grateful for this time of year?

My second favorite thing about these workouts ( first favorite is obviously the amazing accountability I have behind me) is being able to do all of this from my home

I don’t have to drive 10-15 minutes to and from the gym, I don’t have to worry about people watching me workout, I don’t have to worry about making it to the gym before they close because I can do it from my living room/ office whatever time I want
-
I’m truly thankful for this 💕

Show up for you today. Simple as that, do it for you. Do it because you matter and you CAN do it ✨

I’m finally feeling a {little} better after much needed sleep yesterday. I got back to my routine this morning and got my workout done bright and early 🌞
-
Positive thoughts today and hopeful that I will be completely better very soon! The coughing is driving me nuts!

Today has been exhausting. I haven’t had a head cold in a long time. My throat hurts, my head feels like it’s gonna explode, and my nose is either running like a water fall or stuffed like a turkey
-
But I’m so thankful for my superfoods shake. Days like today when I don’t feel like moving and nothing sounds good, it makes for the perfect meal and feels good on my throat -
Here’s to an evening of rest and hopefully feeling better tomorrow! Thanks for all the messages and texts with recommendations of things to try, I’m will to try anything at this point

Last night was a long night of now sleep so praying for some rest tonight 🙏🏼

Not only am I seeing physical transformations but mental transformation. But I would not be where I am without the wonderful tribe I have behind me 💕

These girls encourage and motivate me. They remind me that it’s not a race to see how fast you can lose weight it’s about making this a lifestyle and learning to love you body just how it is. They constantly send me messages and they don’t ever let me miss a Monday 😜

First workout by the Christmas tree ❤️ After not having the best attitude towards my workout yesterday it felt good to get up and get it done today

It’s funny how our mindset can change so much of what we do. I could have easily said that I needed to sleep in and workout tonight but I didn’t. I got up and got it done and got to enjoy getting ready
-
So often we rush out the door in the morning to get wherever we are going. I challenge you to wake up 30mins earlier to allow just a little more time for yourself in the morning. It will change your whole attitude towards the day 💕
