Just another day for me hitting a little bit of everything, but mainly leg focused accessories. For me it’s easy getting to the gym and I never force myself to go if I don’t want to. The gym is something I enjoy and I want to keep it that. I think a lot of people should adopt this similar philosophy even if your starting and going on a consistent basis. On the other hand I know people don’t like to go and I can understand why for multiple reasons. If that’s your case it’s easier said then done, but have the self discipline and perseverance to go at least 3 or 4 days out of the week. If you are a beginner that’s all your really need to make improvements.
