Because #healthy isn't (always) boring and can actually be quite #delicious, here's an idea to spice up your #breakfast!
4 organic cage free eggs
1 slice Dave's Killer 21 Organic Bread
1 ripe hass avocado
Seasoning (I used pink Himalayan crystal salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic powder, and "everything but the bagel" seasoning blend from Trader Joe's). Instructions:
Boil the eggs for 4 min, remove from heat and cover for an additional 4 min. Cool, peel, slice in halves, remove yolk and place into a bowl.
Slice an avocado in half, remove seed, and scoop into bowl with cooked egg yolks. Mash and season to taste.
Toast the slice of bread, and cut into 4's. Option to butter (I used Kell's Irish butter on mine). Scoop the avo-egg mixture into cooked egg whites and spread on toast.
