Y'all, I was driving to class today and randomly realized how freaking happy I am. I've probably laughed more in the past 2 months than I have in the past 2 years. Probably because I'm forever embarrassing myself and doing/saying something dumb af between nursing school and my personal life. But I've learned to just laugh shit off. Several people have asked me about my "diet" lately.. To be honest, I don't follow a meal plan strictly. I write one up as a guideline, but I don't restrict myself. I make healthy choices and eat healthy foods as often as I can (or want to), but I don't track my calories and macros daily. If I'm wanting to lean out for a specific reason, I track and follow my meal plan strictly. I know how to get super lean, and sometimes I try to. But for the most part, I'd rather just live and eat healthy-ish. 😊🍩🍎 #Balance #WhatIsADiet
