And that situation had a strong tendency to repeat itself over and over again until I decided to wake up vibrant with a flat stomach instead of having a lovely bump of a 3 months preggie! 🐷
P.S. how will you call your baby in future? 😍
3 things that made a tremendous difference and I WANT TO EAT LESS:
1. Eating more of:
🍃 greens and veggies that derive enough fiber for better digestion: broccoli, spinach and leafy greens + love adding ruccola and parsley making a salad.
🌰 nuts: brazil, almonds and cashews, extra virgin oils: coconut and olive (sometimes sunflower, - our Ukrainian specialty! 💙💛) and a mix of brown and golden flaxseeds: a great source of Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. 💪protein-dense food (!) such as tofu, hummus 😍, chickpeas, lentils, tahini (sesame seed paste) and nutritional yeast.
2. Getting proper, better sleep of 6-7 hrs. 💃
It also helps control blood sugar levels on a level that keeps us away from craving too much sugar. 🍰
3. Water. 🐬🐟🐠 2 litres and more. That's it. Simple and effective. 💙 I remember one person told me that I drink like a camel! 😂
