I've been using #mangobutter to soften fingernail cuticles as well as an overnight lipbalm since Winter time. ๐Ÿ˜‰
Indeed, never thought it can make wonders (!) with dry hair ends! ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

Find it very effective using in a certain way:
๐Ÿƒ 1. Leave your hair wet after shower. 'Almost dry' is the very best option. ๐Ÿ˜‰
๐Ÿƒ 2. Take a pea size of butter and soften with circular motions in your palms.
๐Ÿƒ 3. Apply as you're about to 'soak' water from hair: it will make curls more 'playful' and voluminous! ๐Ÿ˜

And that situation had a strong tendency to repeat itself over and over again until I decided to wake up vibrant with a flat stomach instead of having a lovely bump of a 3 months preggie! ๐Ÿท
P.S. how will you call your baby in future? ๐Ÿ˜

3 things that made a tremendous difference and I WANT TO EAT LESS:
1. Eating more of:
๐Ÿƒ greens and veggies that derive enough fiber for better digestion: broccoli, spinach and leafy greens + love adding ruccola and parsley making a salad.
๐ŸŒฐ nuts: brazil, almonds and cashews, extra virgin oils: coconut and olive (sometimes sunflower, - our Ukrainian specialty! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›) and a mix of brown and golden flaxseeds: a great source of Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. ๐Ÿ’ชprotein-dense food (!) such as tofu, hummus ๐Ÿ˜, chickpeas, lentils, tahini (sesame seed paste) and nutritional yeast.
2. Getting proper, better sleep of 6-7 hrs. ๐Ÿ’ƒ

It also helps control blood sugar levels on a level that keeps us away from craving too much sugar. ๐Ÿฐ

3. Water. ๐Ÿฌ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ  2 litres and more. That's it. Simple and effective. ๐Ÿ’™ I remember one person told me that I drink like a camel! ๐Ÿ˜‚
