Our new favourite breakfast which my @raminkarimloo loves!!!! Here is the recipe courtesy of @muscleandfitnesshers - absolutely delicious and so easy to make!!
Dry ingredients- 1/4 cup oat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt.
Wet ingredients- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 2 large eggs (beaten), 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, all whisked together.
Then pour wet into dry, whisk and fry your pancakes in coconut spray oil!
Served with sugar free maple syrup and fresh sliced strawberries! Perfect after a workout!
