I have a millions things in my training backpack. But there are two things I can't forget:
1. Training Notebook @gym.gypsy - I use this notebook so my coach can write my daily workout, and we can keep track of it. Yes, we like to use old school, no online distractions. This notebook is very organized, you can put how many hours you slept, your meal, your mood, there is a conversion list for kg and lbs, a page just for PR's, so it is awesome. Although any notebook will work, but this one just gives me more motivation to write on it.
2. Headphones 🎧 @beatsbydre - best thing to get me motivated is a good music.
