There is no magic pill, shake, wrap, food, or whatever the newest fad is that is going to melt away the fat! 😨😱 Sorry, there's just not. The only thing that will work in the long run is good old fashioned hard work and the right nutrition - a lifestyle change. Mental toughness. Determination and discipline to get it done. 👊
And, really, why would you want to take the easy way out? You get nothing from that, it doesn't carry over into any other area of your life. If anything, you will be looking for the easy way out in other areas as well. With the lifestyle change route, you get the added bonus of the discipline aspect carrying over, the increased energy is going to make you a better significant other, parent, overall person, you will have more confidence because you have seen yourself set and achieve goals (I could go on and on...).
So, just do what you know you need to do, get up and get to it!💪👣👙
