Day 1 was full of fun and frolic and I got to learn a lot from the sessions, be it about fitness, nutrition, ramp walk and how important is it to take care of your hair. - Good nutrition means your body gets all the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals it needs to work its best. Plan your meals and snacks to include nutrient-dense foods that are also low in calories.
- Some quick tips I would like to share are : Be commanding and flirty, while walking, stand up straight leaning slightly back so your legs can go first.
- Oil your hair, use lukewarm or cool water, conditioner is mandatory as it detangles your hair, apply heat protectant.
I would like to thank #CampusPrincess2018 to give me an opportunity to learn and grow. It’s imperative to learn and grow, and imbibe as much as you can from the journey. Looking forward to more sessions.
