So you're probably of what this jar is and it does taste good, right? Well there's a reason for that and that is because almost half of it is made up of processed sugar!! We often don't know or don't take the time to learn about what foods are and what's in them. The funny thing about this "chocolate hazelnut spread" is that the smallest ingredient is cocoa 🤔
It is also marketed as a healthy breakfast "as part of a healthy balanced diet". Sorry but I can tell you now that there is nothing healthy about eating this everyday for breakfast, in fact the opposite, this will cause you to gain weight, have mood swings, increase sugar dependency and cravings, and contribute to diabetes amongst other physiological complications. Don't get me wrong, you should still indulge in something you love a couple of times a week but certainly not like this every day unless you're willing to accept the I'll health accompanied with it. What's worse is that it is often targeted at children 🤦🏻♂️, it is not okay to feed your children this everyday as they will grow up with an addictive dependency on sugar amongst other issues. My fight on processed Sugar continues..
