With deadlines coming up Iโ€™ve been keeping my workouts short in the morning (approx 45mins). I usually do this by doing around 3 supersets of two exercises. This mornings workout was: side bends on oblique machine | side raises w/t front plate raises | shoulder press w/t bicep curls | Cable bar push down w/t single arm tricep push down on the cable machine.

Late improvised breakfast this morning โ˜บ๏ธ Hot oats with almond milk topped with blackberries, a chopped banana, jam and protein granola. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ 106P|10F|13P

Lighting is peng today ๐Ÿ“ธ No silly restrictive diets just 3.5 years of consistency.

Morning ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿป Had a little lie in this morning and then hit the gym for a cable focused back & bis workout ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป This is what I did: narrow cable pull-downs | Wide grip lat pull-downs | single arm side pulls | Cable rows supersetted with straight bar curls. Short and sweet ๐Ÿ˜Š

Grab & go lunch today, vegan option of a nutty houmous salad and sweet chilli sunbites๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒฑ

Healthy snack idea ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ Sesame bagel with 3 nut butter from Tesco topped with raspberries ๐Ÿ˜‹

Currently debating wether I want to try bulk again ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค” Feel like Iโ€™ve lost some muscle and definition since summer and the start of uni.

FINAL YEAR ๐Ÿ“š I told myself I was going to post more but Iโ€™ve been back at uni and OH MY GOD, it feels so intense already. I havenโ€™t had a break all week. Iโ€™m not sure if itโ€™s because Iโ€™ve been working for the past year or the importance of it etc etc... Regardless Iโ€™m ready to do my best, and balance everything (even if it means super early morning gym sessions and early bedtimes ๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿ˜ด).
