I completely did not expect there to be a ramen scene in Barcelona, but this spicy tonkatsu ramen @kokukitchen is not too shabby. Situated downstairs in El Born with plenty of communal seating. My only question is this - why are you not allowed to order buns with the ramen?!
First time making carbonara! Somehow I always had it in my head that it's super unhealthy because of the cream sauce. Turns out it's just bacon, eggs, and cheese. No cream involved. Much healthier, right? 😜
