Love a Monday when the weekend’s Gourmet Safari feedback comes to our office... this time from our brilliant Turkish walking tour in Auburn led by Ulku and Songul who are the best guides... these gorgeous photos from the very talented @amandakellyphotographyoz who so beautifully captures the delicious moments of a perfect day exploring the cuisines on our doorstep. Here’s our Trip Advisor review: “Don’t you love it when your children give you what you want for Chrismas. We got to go on the Turkish gourmet food safari at Auburn, Sydney and we weren’t disappointed. Our two wonderful guides were excited about their food, their suburb and their culture and introduced us to all three. We ate our way round Auburn, buying a few essentials ( bread, Turkish baklava, Turkish delight) as we went and waddled back to cook and co for just a little more delicious food before picking up any other ingredients we needed/wanted at the grocery store. I’ve come home with new ingredients and new ideas to cook with. What a wonderful day. Looking forward to our next food safari.” Thanks so much Ulku and Songul, @arzu_acma @cookandco_auburn @sofra.kebabhouse and more. #gourmetsafaris
