Going into week 2 and I'm feeling pretty good 😏 My goal this week is to clean up my diet a little more since that's where my setbacks have been 🙊
• I get asked soo often 'Where do you get the motivation to workout everyday?' Here's my answer: I don't get motivation everyday!! A lot of days I rely on HABIT, other days I'm all pumped and ready to kill it, and still other days I'm like "nah, ain't happening today" 😂 I'm human just like the rest of us, the difference is- I don't quit! That's why I call it a fitness JOURNEY, because it's a constant thing that I work towards through all the mountains and valleys of life...
• Anyway, that's my ✌🏻cents....oh and did I mention that when I'm feeling lazy, the girls in my group kick my butt and hold me accountable?? Cuz, they really do 😂🙈 find that group of people that knock some sense into you and pick you up when you're down and you're golden! 🌻 •
