I’ve got a few new faces on here so I thought I’d share a little about me 😊:


1. I’ve worn glasses since I was in first grade 🤓
2. I have a 16 month old daughter ♥️
3. Before Beachbody, I was a gym rat who spent 1.5-2 hours a day working out and never lost more than 10 pounds! 🤦🏻‍♀️
4. I was picked on in school for being “big boned”, wearing glasses (four eyes) and having a gap in my teeth 🙊 I learned to accept all of them anyway 💁🏻‍♀️ #selflove #kindnessiscool
5. It’s my dream to live in many other countries and travel the world 🌍
6. I love interior design and therefore, have a slight addiction to HGTV 🙈
7. I was a dancer for a few years 💃 •

That’s all I can think of right now 🤷🏻‍♀️ So do we have anything in common?? 😃

New year, new adventures ✌🏻

So last week you watched me conquer a 100% commitment & consistency 7 day challenge...I am so proud of myself for how dedicated I was! I wasn’t perfect, but I finished strong 💪🏻


It’s a new week and I’m so ready to keep going with my consistency 😃 after a rest day yesterday (my uterus was trying to kill me 🌙) today marks Day 1 again of a program I’ve never completed! So excited to share my journey with you 😜💫✌🏻

What a difference a year makes!!! A little over a year ago I dedicated myself to getting in the best shape ever. I was a new mom, in a new role, in a new body, and I was desperate for change. •

I started changing my diet and working out 30 minutes a day. So far, I’ve lost 35 pounds and 20 inches....But I gained my self confidence back! I fit into those “skinny” jeans that I hid way back in the closet and only dreamed I’d ever fit into again. •

I’m so proud of myself for starting this journey a year ago....and I can’t wait to see what my body can do over the next year 😃💪🏻♥️

I love traveling..but it can be so challenging to maintain my health while on the road 🚗 But not with my little shake here 😉 •Keeps my energy up
•Helps fight against those food cravings ❌
•Gives me 6🌱🌱🌱 servings of veggies
•Makes my hair and nails strong and pretty 💁🏻‍♀️
***So why haven’t tried it yet??? 🤪

Mommying is definitely a “hands on” kind of job 😉

One of the reasons why I love this shake so much-besides how good it tastes- it gives me 6 servings of veggies and all the superfoods, vitamins, and micronutrients I need! 😃🤤


This little shake is why I have the energy to keep up with my toddler, workout everyday, eat right, and still be a human 🤪 Or at least 1/2 of one 😂
