Ingredient inspo for your weekend cooking, Black garlic. Black garlic isn't a special breed of garlic, it is simply normal garlic that is aged in a fermentation oven over a course of a month. I've had a very successful and exciting week in Jakarta talking to students, officials, bloggers, importers (the list goes on) about Australian produce, native ingredients and incredible Aussie farmers who work tirelessly. I finished the program with an embassy dinner which was definitely a highlight. Thank you to everyone I have met through my stay. #aussiebanget
