💪🏻10 week #transformationpic - I'm feeling as lean as ever, so so happy with my progress💃🏼
✂️I've done a super slow cut as this is my first proper one. From just over 60kg down to 53.8kg this morning
🏃🏼‍♀️I started intermittent fasting, which I personally feel works really well for me🤷🏼‍♀️
🍓Then after a few weeks I started tracking my calories/macros for the first time, making sure I was in a calorie deficit, and over the weeks cutting my calories a little bit at a time(+ adding a bit more HIIT into my routine)
🍰Cutting doesn't have to be a grueling task; I've broken my fast a fair few times, I've eaten cake when I've had the chance, drank when I wanted to and not counted my calories every single day. If i'd been really rigid with it I'd have hated it, so I'm glad I did it over a longer amount of time...
