Had to try these single leg squats after watching @stevecook YouTube video '3 leg exercises you're not doing but should be' with @jacobhutton1 ... My god they're hard work🔥
Using dumbbells for counterweight, did 3 sets of 10 reps per leg💪🏻

Back back back (&bis) day💪🏻 & a little incline walk thrown in at the end to get more of a sweat on💦
Just a couple of the exercises I did today: Wide grip lat pull downs and single arm dumbbell rows
🎥It's a great idea filming your workouts if you don't have a partner, as I found my right arm/lat began to take over in my lat pull downs- it shows your weaknesses and then you're able to improve on them🙌🏻

The gym was pretty empty this afternoon so filmed my full leg/glute workout today🍑
Feeling great at the moment, goal for this year is to get stronger💪🏻
Lost a bit of size on my legs/glutes when I did my slow cut, but already seeing progress since my holidays, going for glutes>abs🍑
💪🏻On my 4th and final week of 5x5 strength training:
-Front squat 5x5 50.25kg
-Reverse lunges 5x5 45kg
-Glute bridges 5x5 135kg
-RDL 5x5 26kg dumbbells
-Dumbbell laying hamstring curls 10kg 3x10
-Glute burner to finish: bench reverse hypers x20 superset with banded kick backs/side kicks x10 per leg(couldn't fit in video)
