I get some questions asked a lot, so I'll answer them here:

I'm 5,3 and weigh 137lbs at the moment.
I've been consistently working out for 3.5 years.
I train legs twice or 3x a week depending how my body feels.
Upper body twice a week.
I'm naturally skinny, not model-ish type, but just slim lol.
Yes, I grew my lower body just by eating a lot and lifting.
I eat a lot of rice, potatoes, bread, pasta (when bulking) and still a lot of rice when cutting.
I'm not a huge fan of veggies, but I still eat them cause they're good for you.
Protein wise, I like ground turkey, chicken, shrimp, tuna, steak, and so on. If I feel like taking a small break from eating meat I do it.
I don't eat dairy, or at least try my best to consume as less of it as I can, because it affects my skin.
I stopped drinking whey protein for the same reason, so my protein powder is vegan now. Hope that answers some of your questions!

I'm going through a small cutting phase, nothing big, unlike most athletes or lifters I don't like being lean because it makes me feel small lol, I feel like it looks good in pictures but in person I look like a shrimp.
I passed that stage where abs were a "must".

One of my favorites for back day are pulldowns, specially close grip, so I did the kneeling variation because it's good to just do something a little different! Try doing 4 sets of 10-15 reps depending on how heavy you're doing!

I don't post much of my upper days but I do train back/biceps and shoulders/triceps once a week each. Not sure if that's something you would like to see more of. HiπŸ‘‹πŸΌπŸ‘‹πŸΌ happy Monday y'all. Here's the clips I got from my Saturday's lift. As of right now I'm trying to lean out just a little but I'm still lifting heavy as usual.

First clips were my warm up with bands which feels like part of the workout, all 4 exercises were 3 sets of 30 or 15 reps (if one leg at the time)... then I moved on to the weights.

I really hate hip thrusts, it's just one of those exercises that you'll always drag doing (for me). But I've decided to get out of my comfort zone and do them more often as they're the best for glutes growth and also to strengthen them πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‘. Every time I do these (the few times I do) I'd only do like a 90lbs barbell and go for 10-15 reps.. but I wanted to try going heavier and so I did, I did heavier, less reps but a lot more sets. Only thing is the bench I was using was a bit too high but it's all I was able to use at the moment. This was actually the last set @ 245lbs for 5 reps I was already pretty tired so the last two reps weren't the best. (I look a mess😭)

Every time someone tells me it's expensive to get in shape, but they out drinking and eating out every weekend πŸ™„, I'm all about enjoying your life and doing what you want, but if if you complain about personal trainers charging a lot, good food being expensive, supplements being expensive but yet you're out every weekend, eating out, and hating the image in the mirror, you my friend have your priorities ALL THE WAY FUCKED UP, don't excuse my language, that's exactly what I meant. Happy Saturday though, I'm doing a heavy glutes day today, haven't done that in a while, will try to record some of the workouts for you ladies!
