Some things she mentioned on her last check in: To be honest, I fell off a little the last week with working and traveling back home for my birthday. I was also not consistent with the cardio. Cardio is so hard for me to complete sometimes. I am extremely happy with the changes with my body and I am confident that the second challenge will help me meet my weight goal and then my booty gains goal lol. Starting this challenge I was a little nervous that I wasn't going to see the changes I wanted and changing my eating habits was very hard to do. I feel great finishing the challenge. I feel confident and motivated! My motivation was the changes I saw in my body as the weeks went by as well as the group chat.

When I started this challenge I honestly feel extremely restricted with the food, but as I kept going, i slowly learned how to track my macros and fit in little things that could lighten me up.
Finishing the challenge, I honestly feel great. I had a lot insecurity walking into the gym at first and now I'm like Heyyyyyyy guess who's baaaaackk!! I feel like I have knowledge picking up dumbbells and other girls do not intimidate me anymore. I feel really pumped for the next challenge. Before I would just be like looking at short term goals. e.g. losing weight in a month and that's all, but now I just want to keep going. I want to see myself in 6 months and even a year from where I started and see how much i've lost or gain, but not only physically, but mentally as well. Another thing that was super important to me was when I accidently would binge eat like chips or something. I would punish myself before and now I'm like okay, chill out stop and continue with eating healthy. it's not going to affect you like you think it is. I also feel way more confident. I feel like a new person that is changing for the better.

I honestly loved the program. It was everything and more of what I expected. The girls and you were super nice and very encouraging.
When i started this program I was always scared because I tore my ACL ligament in my left knee, but ever since I started the program I haven't felt any pain and I feel stronger. I'm ready for anything that comes my way and I'm ready to push through and become the best version of myself.

Late post, I’ve been in pain because seems like my wisdom tooth wants to act up😭 but here’s some of my leg day from Wednesday (hammies and #booty focused)

⚑️Sumo squat pulses (barbell) 5xfailure
- Stay down keep most of the tension on the glutes
⚑️Single leg deadlift 4x10 each leg
- you don’t have to have the step behind you I just like it better this way! Make sure to let that Jammie stretch and keep some tension on the glutes as well
⚑️Hip thrust 4x10 followed by some banded ones
- Keep it light and concentrate on the squeeze
⚑️Sumo deadlifts (performed before the above) 5x8-6-6-6-6

⚑️Squats 5x10-8-6-6-20
- Going up on weight every set, dropping the weight on the fifth set to go for reps/volume
⚑️Leg press 3x30-25-20
- Going up on weight every set / legs together
⚑️Bulgarian/split squat 3x10 each leg
- Superset with the following exercise
⚑️KB squat pulses - Keep the pulse from squat position up, keep tension in the quads (not glutes)
⚑️Stiff legged deadlift into squat (burnout) 3xfailure
