Upper body days are so underrated on IG lol, they don't get views and most girls show little to no interest in working upper body, but it's good to have a proportioned body you guys.

Glute dayyyy for yaaaa!
Hip abductions - light weight 3 sets until failure (warm up)
Smith sumo squats - 4x20 superset with 8-10 pulses (meaning stay low the whole time)
Sumo deadlifts 4x10-12
Curtsy lunge 4x20 (10 each leg)
High step up w/ kickback 3x20 (10 each leg)
All exercises were performed with light weight (for me) you can do them heavier if you want!

Leg extensions 3x20 medium weight (not on video)
Reverse hack squat 3x10-12 going up on weight, until maxing out (not on video)
Reverse DB lunges 3x12 superset with sissy squat 3x12)
Stiff legged DB deadlifts 3x10 + 5 pulses
Good mornings 3x10 (not on video)

Happy Friday my loves!
I have been working on 3 different workout programs for a while and they will be ready and available pretty soon.
1. Full body (6 weeks long)
2. Lower body and abs (8 weeks long)
3. Full body (HIIT) (4 weeks long)
