I get some questions asked a lot, so I'll answer them here:
I'm 5,3 and weigh 137lbs at the moment.
I've been consistently working out for 3.5 years.
I train legs twice or 3x a week depending how my body feels.
Upper body twice a week.
I'm naturally skinny, not model-ish type, but just slim lol.
Yes, I grew my lower body just by eating a lot and lifting.
I eat a lot of rice, potatoes, bread, pasta (when bulking) and still a lot of rice when cutting.
I'm not a huge fan of veggies, but I still eat them cause they're good for you.
Protein wise, I like ground turkey, chicken, shrimp, tuna, steak, and so on. If I feel like taking a small break from eating meat I do it.
I don't eat dairy, or at least try my best to consume as less of it as I can, because it affects my skin.
I stopped drinking whey protein for the same reason, so my protein powder is vegan now. Hope that answers some of your questions!
I'm going through a small cutting phase, nothing big, unlike most athletes or lifters I don't like being lean because it makes me feel small lol, I feel like it looks good in pictures but in person I look like a shrimp.
I passed that stage where abs were a "must".
