🏅Squat RPE 7.5 (meaning 2.5 reps left in the tank) - 230KG/507lbs - 1 set - 1 rep. PB! 😁
🏅Squat 80% - (185KG/408lbs) - 3 sets - 5 reps .
🏅 Bench Press 76% - (142.5KG/314lbs) - 4 sets - 5 reps .
☡ THOUGHTS : Holy shit! New PB. I knew I was gonna do this. I was visualising it yesterday, before my training session, and during the session and it happened! 250KG squat will be mine come 12th August! . \
