No-Bake Chocolate Chip, PB, & Oatmeal Cookies 🍪These are my go-to! They are super easy, nutritious, and yummy! They've also helped me not spend so much money on energy bars :) here's the recipe! Makes about 7 cookies! -1 cup of oats
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 2 tbs of peanut butter
- 8 dates
- 2 tbs of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- A few dashes of cinnamon
- Vegan dark chocolate chips (I used Lily's which are stevia sweetened)
Blend in a food processor and combine the chocolate chips while forming cookies! Make sure to refrigerate. Enjoy!
