No-Bake Chocolate Chip, PB, & Oatmeal Cookies 🍪These are my go-to! They are super easy, nutritious, and yummy! They've also helped me not spend so much money on energy bars :) here's the recipe! Makes about 7 cookies! -1 cup of oats
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 2 tbs of peanut butter
- 8 dates
- 2 tbs of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- A few dashes of cinnamon
- Vegan dark chocolate chips (I used Lily's which are stevia sweetened)

Blend in a food processor and combine the chocolate chips while forming cookies! Make sure to refrigerate. Enjoy!

"Exercise in Color" Junior group piece choreographed by me and @timmyblankenship for @artisticfusion <3

ALSO to one of my all time favorite songs😭I love you guys so much

So thankful I've started doing pilates this year! Thank you @wuenderball for being the best instructor out there!

Vegan and gluten-free blondies! I tried out this recipe this morning and I LOVED it! I 10/10 recommend. They are so gooey, sweet and rich! This is mostly refined sugar free (the chocolate chips I used had a little bit of cane sugar). You could just get stevia sweetened or any other kind of chocolate chips you want! Here's the recipe! - 1 Can of Garbanzo Beans (15.5 oz)
- 1/2 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup of Maple Syrup (or Agave)
- 1/4 Cup of Coconut Sugar
- 1 Tbs of Almond Milk (any other plant milk works fine as well)
- 2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup of Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 tsp of Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and pop them in for 20-30 minutes! (Recipe by @joyfoodsunshine)
