I literally packed the biggest meltdowns EVER yesterday. I think I did that because I was so pissed off at myself for getting back to square 1 with my fitness. I DIED on our wee hike, and I wanted to cry. My chest felt like it was going to burst out, my legs legit kept giving way on me, my fan lips kept getting caught & I was getting frustrated, I just could not push myself and poor Brett had to maintain his patience to get me to the top.
Once we were up there I realised that I wasted most my energy on me giving up & being angry at myself.
I made it in the end, and I felt super proud looking down at the bottom.
Point of this yarn is don’t compare yourself to others, focus on yourself and where you are today.
Be proud of the small steps you take towards YOUR health journey. If you can only do 15 mins of exercise THEN WELL FUCKN DONE you did 15 minutes more than you would have so be proud. We all have to start from somewhere. Small steps at a time and then BOOM before you know it - you will look back a few weeks & feel so much better & a little more fit 🙏🏼 If you have any motivational quotes share them below to inspire others! #ChanningtatumWillWantYouRegardless
