Procrastinating and looking back at photos from last summer!

Today’s leg workout guys! Let me know what you think of this of you do it. Remember, I’m doing it reverse pyramid style.

Hella naf presentation but hella delicious! Salmon, new potatoes with tomatoes and red pepper in a soy ginger sauce.

Tonights dinner.. sweet potato, green beans and homemade salmon, chilli, garlic and lemongrass fishcakes. So freaking good!

So ready for this! Garlic and herb chicken with roasted red onion, carrots (purple, orange and yellow) on a bed on spinach. ❤️

Happy Monday! So guys here I am, after a fair while away. Sad to say that I lost motivation. I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my training or what I wanted from it. I wasn’t in the right headspace and as we all know the fitness lifestyle needs you to be. You need focus and willpower and dedication. Well, I’m so happy to say that it’s all come back! As of today I will be sharing daily updates, progress, meals, workouts and more while I work my way back to achieving this years goals. My plan of attack is going to be a reverse pyramid style of training along with my beloved intermittent fasting, for which my split is 20-4 (yes I go hardcore on it). I’m also going to be counting macros. I want to thank everyone that stuck around, sent me messages and continued to support me while I was away. It means so much to me and I can’t thank you enough. Lets see what we can do with our bodies this year!! (P.s if you’ve read all of this, who remembers how happy I was with the results when I posted this photo last year?)

Okay guys so I’m back (again 🤗) sharing tonights dinner of 674 calories of yum! As of next week I’ll be back to posting daily and sharing everything thats new and that has been going on 😁
