I have noticed 2 of the most common mistakes in beginner and some of the elite fast bowlers ❌ FALLING SIDEWAYS
❌ NOT BRACED FRONT FOOT ❎ Throwing Your non bowling arm too much sideways makes you fall sideways which can disturb you line, length ,swing and will hurt your lower back ❎ Collapsing of the front foot reduces your chances to put the generated power into the ball, resulting in less speed of the ball

HOW TO CORRECT THESE MISTAKES ✔Throw your non bowling arm towards the target and make sure to follow it after releasing the ball ✔Use cones or anyting available which can let you move towards the target only , also use the 3 step method to start developing the muscle memory ✔ Work on your lowerbody strength , mobility and flexibility ✔Use the 3 step method and most imp learn to go over the braced front foot after releasing the ball

FAST BOWLING BASICS PART-1

My inbox is flooded with the questions to know how to bowl fast , so my answer is that it is very vast topic but i will be posting some illustraions using my pics , share with all the bowlers who needs to know ,stay tuned for next illustration on monday. ✔Use the non bowling arm to quickly get your that side out of the way of the bowling arm. ✔The further you can take the ball back the quicker you can bowl ✔The back leg collapsing should not be due to lack of ecentric strength, the greater the angle the more quickly you can bowl but just don't stay too long on the back leg ✔Transfer the momentum you have achieved from the run up as quickly as you can from the back foot to the braced front foot.

Here's how to make your way to handstand
1⃣ Remember to practice head stands to build confidence and base for handstands
2⃣ Against a wall practice headstand
3⃣ Ask someone to help you make balance
4⃣ Push your elbows and palms against the floor
5⃣ Do it for 1-2 minutes
6⃣ Now against a wall perform handstand
7⃣ Ask someone to get your feet against the wall
8⃣ Be confident that it will not hurt you, just have someone besides you in the beginning phase
9⃣ keep your self calm and keep breathing slowly
1⃣0⃣ Push your palms against the floor
1⃣1⃣ Do it for 1-2 minutes

Wall clock 🕒 exercise 💪
This is a great exercise to stabilize your shoulders and scapula depending how you contract the muscles
Here's how to perform
1⃣ stand facing the wall without leaving any space
2⃣ make the English word T, Y,& & I using your hands and rotate outside as shown in the video
3⃣ perform each word for 15 times
4⃣ feel the contraction in the shoulders ⏰⏰⏰⏰ Thyraband Wall ⏰⏰⏰⏰⏰ 1⃣ Stand 2 feet away from the wall
2⃣ tie a thyra band to your wrists
3⃣ imagine a wall 🕒 on the wall
4⃣ with your right hand move the hand to 1, 3 & 5 o'clock
5⃣ with your left hand move the hand to 11, 9 & 7 o'clock
6⃣ without breaking the resistance repeat this exercise 10 times with each hand ⏳like comment and share ⌛tag people with unstable shoulders .
