Four months of dedicated work, without skipping her sessions. Training was based on progressing on the big compound exercises (squat, deadlift and bench) properly supplemented with assistance work, and followed by low intensity cardio on her own. Three kids, never exercised before, very, very proud of what she has done so far! Bravo!
