Kettle Bell Front Raises + Kettle Bell press:

Barbell Curls:

RDL+Shrug:
As you lower the bar to mid-shin level, explode upwards. Moving the bar with speed recruits more muscle fibers along with and increased rate of caloric expenditure. Once your RDL is performed, shrug 1 to 3 times. Front Squat:
Feet slightly pointed outwards, keep the bar between the space of your shoulders and traps, tighten your abdominals throughout the movement, breathe out on the up portion of the movement.

One Arm Lock™️ Method:
While keeping one Dumbbell in the up position, lower the opposing dumbbell and then press it.
