Eat food that feels right for your body. No foods are off limits if it's something that your body really wants. Ask yourself: will this food give me energy? Or the opposite? Will it give me a positive feeling? Or the opposite? Will it add to my life experience? Or the opposite? Listen, be honest with yourself and then make a decision. Do the whole process with love. I recently decided to add caviar and löjrom back into my diet and it feels great. That's my choice. It flows with the body and makes me satisfied and happy. What food do you resist that you might actually want? Make peace with that food so you can enjoy a few bites once in a while.
