Try these two exercises in a compound set on your next chest day! Chest was on fire πŸ”₯

Chest dips ⏩ Push-ups for 3 sets of 5 on each exercise! Control yourself throughout the movement!

For the chest dips remember to lean forward a bit and keep your forearms vertical to keep tension on the chest! With your push-ups make sure your core is engaged and your glutes are squeezed keeping the spine neutral!

The hardest drill for me. 5 lb weights. Or maybe only 3. They're heavy. That's what I know.
