A good quick fix for stride direction, or driveline, is making sure you are getting adequate back hip loading during hip drive to the plate. Controlling the pelvis down the mound is crucial to having a proper driveline, allowing your hips to drive leverage. As you see here, if you allow too much flexion at the knee, it’s difficult to keep the back foot flat , hip loaded and knee inside foot. This can cause you to miss arm side with the occasional yank. Once we fixed his gather, load and drive phases, Brady was throwing a lot more strikes. #oaperformancecenter #elitefamily #pitching101 #poundthezone

Nice wrist weight sequence from @c_naylor_0819 tonight. By doing specific wrist weight work, you can train the muscles in the lower arm. The muscles in the lower arm attach to the elbow and are responsible for helping to keep the elbow joint stable. Wrist weights train the lower arm muscles in a sport-specific manner for maximum carryover to the pitching delivery. #themoreyouknow #elitefamily #oaperformancecenter #healthyelbows

When using the GH (Glute Ham) pelvic positioning is critical.
In video 1, @steveo2387 initiates the concentric phase of the movement a hyperextension of his pelvis, which disengages his core.

Video 2 shows @steveo2387 maintaining a more neutral lumbar spine and pelvis, allowing him to maintain core engagement and develop massive glutes and hamstrings.
