For over a week now I've had one more dog here (now it's 7, 3 of which are fosters). I wasn't saying anything because I wasn't sure if it would turn out with her. Her name is Lulu and she has been surrendered by her family. Judging by her condition and how petrified she is, her start to life wasn't the greatest. She is only 1 year old, but has definitely been through some trauma. On the first evening here she has freaked out so much that she peed and pooped herself and bit me that hard that she bit through my nail and I needed X-ray to make sure my other finger wasn't broken. This was taken on the second day of her being here (as you can see her harness was still on her as there wasn't even a chance that she would let us take it off). I've taken her to the vet the day after and she was screaming just from the vet touching her and tried to bite us through the muzzle while peeing herself from fear again. The vet even suggested that it would be more humane to euthanise her. But after a week of being here she has changed so dramatically that I dare say she is a pretty much perfect dog. Updates to follow.
