🍑GLUTES DAY BABY🍑
A lot of you have been asking what I do to make my butt grow! So these are the main ones I use to workout on my glutes and hammies! These workout also incorporate a lot of lower back strength so if you have back problems please be careful!😊

To start off I did a little inclined squats, 3 sets of 15, 12, and 10 reps starting with light weight then increasing the weight by 10 lbs!
.
Next is the "duck walk" which I had to make my boyfriend do because I was wayyyy too tired to do this one😅 4x12 (6 steps on each leg walking towards and away the machine) while increasing the weight by 10
.
I don't even know what this machine is called but its used mainly for the hips but I use it for my glutes as well! 4x10 with increasing weight on each leg!

Next is the kneeling squat which is THE workout that saved my butt from sagging, 4 reps of 20, 15, 12, and 10 with increasing weight by 10 lbs or less!

Lastly, the hip abductor which is also another butt-saver, I like to do this exercise with my body elevated from the seat which targets more the inner glutes than the outer hips, 4 sets of 20, 15, 12, and 10 with increasing weight!
