It's a constant battle with the scale . I have a very hard time gaining/maintaining weight. With the help from @koriroberts I've become determined to see the numbers increase. There's still a lot to learn and eating habits to break but it's all very doable. Anyone looking for an online personal trainer contact Kori! She will provide you with an awesome training guide and a nutrition guide that is specifically customized to you and your goals. It's been a little under a week since I started but whether it's 1 pound or 10 progress is progress!
