I’ve been asked if BBQ fits a healthy lifestyle. It got me thinking in lots of aspects of what is considered healthy nowadays, but to be short: YES, absolutely!
One tip I always give my clients is to add vegetables/salads to the menu, instead of only having meat/sausage and bread.
You can even add seasoning to give that smoked flavour to the veggies (no, not talking about bbq sauce).
