To run makes me calm and I can sort things out or leave problems behind. But I've struggled to enjoy running. There were 3K’s from the beginning where I ran only to survive. Slowly but surely I hurried longer and could increase the tempo gradually. I definitely didn’t think I could participate in a race with others at 10 KM. I didn’t take time to see results and suddenly I joined a 10K race. Still the best thing is to run by for myself and feel the smile in my face getting bigger and bigger!
You can do it and it made me strong and happy!
