So what does foam rolling do for fascia?
Foam rolling, also known as myofascial release, is the application of pressure to eliminate scar-tissue and soft-tissue adhesion by freeing up your fascia.
The good news is fascia and trigger points can be released.
Even better, once released, every one of the problems tight fascia and muscles have caused usually clears up.
The goal of myofascial therapy is to stretch and loosen the fascia so that it and other structures can move more freely.

#tiptuesday if you are looking for a great full body exercise I recommend this variation of dragonfly! It is important to keep your back lifted and only drop your legs but keep them straight! The more weight you have the easier the movement and in my case the closer I can get my legs to the ground, the less weight the harder it is! Shoutout to @mj_almarzouq1 for teaching me this rad variation and being my fitness motivation! Check out his page!
