#tiptuesday if you are looking for a great full body exercise I recommend this variation of dragonfly! It is important to keep your back lifted and only drop your legs but keep them straight! The more weight you have the easier the movement and in my case the closer I can get my legs to the ground, the less weight the harder it is! Shoutout to @mj_almarzouq1 for teaching me this rad variation and being my fitness motivation! Check out his page!

I never understood why 90% of the fitness related posts have motivational/philosophical/inspirational text to go with them. There isn't some kind of immediate enlightenment attained by picking things up and putting them down repeatedly.You shouldn't need daily "motivation" or quotes to keep going. Results are so much more about measured consistency than doing extreme things. Extreme diets and workouts have incredibly limited applications. Even the majority of athletes and physique competitors don't need to take extreme measures to be successful. Do your research, develop a strategy based on what you can consistently do on a daily/weekly basis, and try it. If you can't stick to it, then try harder. If you still can't maintain that program/diet, then it's back to the drawing board. Rinse and repeat until you find what works for you.Thats it folks. ▫

The end of an era. This past year I was blessed to work with these beautiful people. Their kindness, humor and love is the reason I have been able to grow so much this year. Same shirt, different day. Changing up the workouts for this 30 day mini-cut. Been training pretty intuitively the past few months, going mostly by feel instead of sticking to a program. I'm excited to get back into an actual routine with an objective goal, and set date to prepare for. ▫
