-5x trap bar dead lifts at 40kg for 8 sets plus 25m suicides between sets.
-1500m rowing machine
-25m trap bar carries at 40kg for 8 sets plus 3 burpees and 50m run between sets. -20x heel taps and 10x leg raises for 8 sets for a core workout to finish with.. And wrecked!! #CannotQuit #SoulFitTraining #NoExcuses #ImBack
