Previous documented PB was x2 reps but I know I have done 5 in program.

And I think I could have done more because I didn't warm up or stretch.
Next goal will be 15 reps.

Dead lift session tonight!! This was at 150kg for 2 reps! But I started at 2 sets of 10 on 40 and 60kg, 2 sets of 5 at 80, 100, 110, 120, and 130kg.. 2 sets of 3 at 140kg and 1 set of 2 at 150.. Followed by a set of 5 at 100kg, a set of 3 at 140kg and finished with a set of 3 at 160kg on trap bar lifts.. Most I've lifted since I broke my leg!! #HappyToBeLiftingHeavyAgain #ProudOfMyProgress #NoExcuses

After a 45 minute cardio session.. I hit the bench press 5 sets/10 at 40kg and the the same at 60kg #NoExcuses BeatTheBS
