Did you work towards your goals today? Fitness, social, work, whatever it may be, there is a pretty simple recipe for success...work. Work. And work some more. Sure you may fail, but success is cultivated by getting back up and growing stronger from those failures. How will you ever progress with weightlifting for instance if you never even attempt to hit that squat, bench, deadlift? How will you ever get the girl/guy if you never even attempt to ask them out? How will you ever start your own business if you never take the risk? Start working towards those goals yesterday 😅 whatever it might be that you need to do. Put the work in day in and day out and I guarantee that with time (and consistency) you will achieve those goals. We are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for.
