This is the leanest I’ve been since I started lifting about 4 years ago.. Sitting at about 180lbs. It’s crazy to me how quickly I can fluctuate my weight with a couple minor changes. I was about 204lbs at the start of this month!!
Although I like being lean, it’s been difficult compromising some size and not being able to go as heavy.
What are your goals??⚡️⚡️⚡️


How often do you exercise ??? It’s my second workout after vacation🤦‍♀️ Somebody was so lazy 😂 and today I came back to the gym👏 what’s new? Did you work towards your goals today? Fitness, social, work, whatever it may be, there is a pretty simple recipe for Work. And work some more. Sure you may fail, but success is cultivated by getting back up and growing stronger from those failures. How will you ever progress with weightlifting for instance if you never even attempt to hit that squat, bench, deadlift? How will you ever get the girl/guy if you never even attempt to ask them out? How will you ever start your own business if you never take the risk? Start working towards those goals yesterday 😅 whatever it might be that you need to do. Put the work in day in and day out and I guarantee that with time (and consistency) you will achieve those goals. We are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for.

You ever hear anyone say “I got to start working out it’s almost summer.”
This mindset will only get you so far. Training isn’t something you can do for a day a week or even a month. It’s a commitment to a change in your lifestyle. Don’t get fit for summer, get fit for life..
Seated Cable Row- this exercise is one of my favorite for back, and can be extremely productive if done right. Keep your back slightly angled and pull in with your elbows remaining slightly bent. Chose a weight where you can get 10-12 reps while maintaining proper form. No swaying!
