Oh, there is so many that mgs I would like to try or start doing... it's hard to pick 😀 but I would like to find patience, time and concentration for the games that my little one wants to play with me. So often, I play with her and my mind wonders to what I have to do next. I would like to start being present in the moment and enjoy it... and it's not just the case of the games with little one. Be present in the moment, that's what I want.
#MayYouStart I really didn't feel like doing it upside down, so I went for laying version. I have to say I'm quite happy about this back bend... I can see improvement. And that's another thing I would like to start working on more - back bends as well as inversions. For now, back bends mainly though as it helps ease of the back pains that I often have.
I would like to find a way of how to keep on track with my yoga and exercise when I'm away from home, e.g.holiday. It's so easy for me to just let go for week or two and then finding the motivation and routine again is a struggle.
#MayYouStart Starting this lovely #YogaChallenge with #threeleggeddog I decided to start a small ritual or however to call it every night before bed. Take a moment and think of 5 things that I'm happy and proud of that I managed or achieved that day. Doesn't matter how big or small... e.g.: finding half an hour to read book, being patient instead of exploding, anything... Just to learn how to appreciate myself, be grateful, showing myself some #selflove .
