Anyone who has followed my blog has probably noticed that the frequency of my posts has become a little thin lately…! It’s been a fun little side-project but it’s naturally come to the end of the road for me. I wrote the blog as I thought it would be a great way to share some of the knowledge around fitness, training and nutrition that I’ve picked up through my own experiences. I’ve had some amazing feedback from people who’ve read the posts and never could have imagined getting to 10,000 followers on Instagram! But there are also lots of other things I want to focus on and spend time doing so it made sense to call it a day!
It’s been great fun, and I plan to keep the blog online for the time being as hopefully people will continue to find it useful.
