Chai Brioche - infused corella pear, peanut butter parfait, chocolate, mandarin, espresso, star anise glaze. This dish is our absolute favourite. The chai brioche it self is simply amazing, aromatic, warm, fluffy, so delicious. Mixed in with perfectly sweet poached pear, espresso and peanut butter parfait just absolutely beautiful. Will have these as often as I can.

Thunderstorm today! Beware guys but before that let’s have some brunch! Ricotta hot cake, apple, cinnamon crème, crumble. This is the best hot cake in Melbourne for quite some time. Freshly made to order, that's why it needed 20 minutes waiting time but trust me it's worth every second. Addictive, fluffy, light and warm hot cake with creamy aromatic cinnamon creme, crumble and baked apple. Love it.

My partner ordered the eggs benedict that comes with pulled pork, grilled asparagus, caramelized apple, and apple cider hollandaise on sourdough. It is a good looking dish indeed. The taste was not disappointing at all. The pulled pork is awesome, it is tasty with a hint of sour. The apple cider hollandaise make the dish unique with a touch of freshness.

Tamago is a Japanese egg dish that I enjoy having every now and then cause of the smooth bouncy unique texture. It has a sweet taste, that’s not common with egg.

Japanese food is one of the best food to cope with the hot weather. Salmon & Tuna Sashimi. Both sashimi came fresh which always important when it came to sashimi.

Chilli folded eggs, toasted charcoal bread, basil goats curd & oven dried tomatoes + smoked salmon. Beautifully made and assembled egg, charming, rustic and taste soft, warm, simply yummy. The charcoal bread is also unique and nicely made. Smoked salmon on the side is perfect to amped up the dish, bacon may be good too

Beef Short Rib - Pandan rice, Green chilli & coconut sambal, Cassava crackers. I love their pandan rice so much, so aromatic and tasty, I just wish they put more cause I need more. Their short ribs was tender but could be push even further in texture and taste. Cassava crackers added a nice touch.
