I wish Starbucks delivered๐Ÿน

I could seriously live here. Is it weird I like creeping on everyone below me ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ I've never gone kayaking before but holy hell it looks cold. I'm currently prepping for an online summit interview with @justmichellearnold and I am SO excited. It is for online creatives and people who want to feel fucking inspired. Check out more details about the summit in my bio link! ๐Ÿ’œ

My view ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ I have been thinking a lot about stress lately. Stress and worry are unnecessary and actually pointless. I read a quote recently about it. It read "The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another" - William James. This takes patience and skill. Don't know where to start? Try 3 minutes a day of sitting in silence and watch your life change ๐Ÿฆ„

When you think it's a pic the whole time. Love this woman ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป @allygner_14

Delayed satisfaction is the definition of maturity ๐Ÿฆ„

Don't you ever get sick of the same negative cycle over and over again?
Like, hasn't it been long enough?
Why are you putting yourself through the same old shit and the same old patterns time and time again when they AREN'T working?
Here are a few reminders for you.

1) YOU are the sole creator of your reality
2) YOU are responsible for your own happiness
3) YOU are in charge of your future

All of these sentences start with you.

If you're ready to make breakthroughs and take names, let's talk... link in bio to chat with me ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿฆ„

Here are some paint nite pictures a friend and I did. I guess you could say I'm the next Picasso ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ but real talk here. Does anyone else get drained from being around people for to long? I am seriously exhausted and i swear it's from long days being around other people ๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿ˜ด

Have you ever gotten the feeling of empathy for someone else, so much so that you are directly effected by what is happening to them? I know I am super sensitive to other people, but when bad things happen (even to people I don't know), I am almost always triggered by it.

This leads me to a story. It made me realize that we really don't have forever to make things happen for ourselves. Maybe the reality check I just got, you can benefit from to?

A man that I work with had his little girl pass away last night. She was 3. I don't want to spread negativity or sadness, but I want you to think about this.

You (and I) are SO lucky to be here. You are lucky to have the ability to grow, learn and evolve. Are you going to let things control and destroy you or are you going to say FUCK THAT and move forward? Here are some thoughts:

1) Let me be very clear. You are the only person responsible for your own happiness. Not your mom, not your husband, not your boss.... YOU. I know it's fun to blame, but you get the final say.

2) Quit feeling sorry for yourself. If you feel sorry for yourself, your only whining about not being brave enough to take control of your life.

3) BE GRATEFUL. Live every day feeling gratitude for all the good and all the bad. You are alive, that is good enough.

Make the decision right here, right now to STOP whining, stop with the excuses and stop feeling sorry for yourself. Someone out there has it worse than you, and you need to change your mindset.
It is far to often that I hear excuse after excuse. Take advantage of your life and make the change you want to make!
