Before I ever lifted a single weight! ➑️ 5 years of consistency (images are about 12 years apart)

I first started weight training because I got my first full time job that required me to sit all day. I found myself eating poorly and became very lazy and inactive. I knew if I kept this up, I would regret it in the future. I did not have any social media influence or did not look up to any fitness model for motivation. I started my lifestyle change because I wanted to become healthy and tone up to look and feel confident. I started going to the gym 3x a week and learned on my own with the occasional help from friends that I would see at the gym. Who knew that I would fall in love with this lifestyle to the point where I pretty much live, breathe, eat fitness. I have been consistent for over 5.5 years now and I am so glad my life went down this path.
