1. Do each execerice correctly so as to minimise the possibility of injury
2. Get more 'bang for their buck' excuse the pun :D by again doing each exercise correctly and pushing them farther than their own mind allows! .............................................................
Classes are โ‚ฌ7 per class or 4 week class pass for โ‚ฌ20 and will be ran by yours truly from 6.30 Friday evenings until 7.15 ๐Ÿ˜‰

i had a conversation about this with a friend yesterday and randomly came out with how i have never found myself in any way ''sexy"
this really made me think because i hadnt even realised i felt this way until i vocalised i . . .. what do i find sexy in female and why dont i see it in myself?!?... the answer???
confidence.. its what it all boils down to!! time to start being confident in our own skin ladies

Visible abs somehow became a way of determining who knew what they were doing in terms of health and fitness.
Who was really dedicated and 'goals' in the fitness industry .
Everyone and anyone you met wanting to get fit had one thing in common.
a goal of getting abs..
First of all we all have abs guys.. they are muscles that make up our being
.. they are visible in some and not so much in others .. lots of things even down to genetics determine how pronounced they are .
Also we do have to actually train them just like you train every other part of your body. Doing core work even when they aren't visible is what's needed.
But most of all a calorie deficit is needed!
You may work hard to get to this condition and fair play to you for that. But maintaing this for too long is when this becomes a huge problem.. I promise you won't be happy like you think you will when you have 'abs' as this level of leanness causes huge hormonal problems leaving you feeling tired, irritable, weak and not to mention hungry constantly!
In females especially reproductive health suffers and this in turn effects our bone health and so much more!
Is it worth it still??
