¼ cup Pumpkin Spice Low Fat Kefir
½ cup dates, pitted
¾ cup rolled oats
2 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup coconut flour
1½ tsp vanilla extract
Add ¾ tsp ground cinnamon if it needs more pumpkin spice flavor

Blend these ingredients in a food processor or high power blender. If the dough is too wet add more coconut flour to the mix till you can form a ball. You can eat these right away or place them in the freezer and enjoy through the week.🍁

½ banana
2 figs
¼ tsp cardamom powder
3-4 tbsp slivered almond (2 tbsp in smoothie, 1-2 tsbp on top)
3-4 tbsp oats
1 tbsp local honey (optional)
Blend, pour, enjoy ✨
