Layer 1
½ cup Organic Plain Lowfat Kefir
1 cup blueberries
½ tsp activated charcoal
½ tsp honey

1 tbsp lemon
4 tbsp coconut
1 cup Organic Plain Low Fat

Directions: Blend the two layers separately in a high-powered blender. Pour the second layer into a glass and slowly mix in the first layer for a nice marbling effect. The more you stir the darker the mixture becomes.
