1.5 cups Coconut Chia Low Fat Kefir
2 bananas, frozen
½ Tbsp spirulina
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, coconut flakes to top
Blend, pour, top, and enjoy! 😋

-1 cup organic plain @lifewaykefir
-2 tbsp. chia seeds
-1/4 tsp. vanilla
-1/8 tsp. cinnamon
-Sweeten to taste with maple or honey
*Top with nut butter, fresh fruit, or granola.
✨Directions: Combine all the ingredients but the sweetener in a bowl. Stir, cover, and refrigerate over night. Sweeten to taste before serving.

2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp honey

Blend, freeze for 4 - 6 hours, scoop into bowls or cones, serve with fresh strawberries, and enjoy.
