Decide. Who do you want to be? What do you want to have? How do you want to serve? What do you want to create? Then believe it and be it! Get aligned with those feeling. Let that guide your choices and actions. Keep believing. Stay faithful. Allow it all to manifest... You can create your 2019 today!

EVERYTHING is possible! When you read that, do you believe it? If you don't believe it, ask yourself, what if? What if everything is possible? What if? If that dream, that thing you've been wanting, wishing for, praying for... that thing you think could never happen... what if it was possible? What would you have to do differently? How would you have to think differently? Who would you have to do be?... Start believing everything is possible and see what happens!

The picture on the left was taken in 2008, after I lost weight the first time. I lost close to 80 pounds from early '05 till the end of '06. I lost weight through changing my eating habits and exercising. I still had work to do on this inside. When some life changes happened (became a flight attendant & hadn't learned how to eat healthy while traveling, was in an unhealthy, toxic relationship...) I started to going back into old habits. In the picture on the left I probably weighed about 165lbs. I still remember when I weighed over 200lbs and reached 165 I was over the moon! I was buying smaller clothes, I was proud if my accomplishments and starting to feel good in my body... when I gained weight and got back to 165 I hated my body, felt horrible about how I looked. AT THE SAME WEIGHT! Its not the number on the scale, its not how your body looks... its about how you FEEL about it! You can feel good and love yourself at every size! Is it always easy? Of course not, but that is the journey! And when you love yourself & appreciate your body, you will naturally start to make healthier choices because you will want to take care of the gift you have been given.

Always do your best. I aim to eat whole food nutrition. However when I am traveling, especially when working as a flight attendant, sometimes I might have to eat quickly & on the go. What's most important is that fuel my body. You don't have to be perfect all the time. Aim for whole foods but if you have to have to go for a bar, just make the best choices you can.

When you believe it, you see it. The universe will always match your beliefs. What do you believe about yourself? What do you believe is possible for your life? Change your beliefs and amazing things will happen.

A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles! This is the practice, all days & in all way!

Practice #MemoriesOverMacros (I love this term) Eat the pie! Be in the moment! EnJOY! Have a slice! Have fun! Be thankful you are alive, you have food to eat and the ability to get back on track the next day!

Went for a 3+ mile pre-holiday hike today. I made it a gratitude/thankfulness hike. I took time to think of some of the many things I am thankful. There is ALWAYS something to be thankful! Big or small. Silly or sincere...

..... You can take a thankfulness hike anytime, not just at Thanksgiving!

At the end of every week & the start of the new week take time to reflect, review and refocus. Ask yourself some or all of these questions. Write down your answers - don't just think it, ink it! There is power in putting thoughts, feelings and goals on to paper!

You can live all your dreams. You are not just a dream chaser. You are a dream CATCHER! Believe in your dreams, believe in yourself!

Bands are a great way to add resistance to your workouts, at home or while traveling. I'm currently focusing my training on glutes (also creating a glutes/booty training program- stay tuned!)

I LOVE my @bodylastics bands because you can clip them to handles or ankle straps. I use them at home & always travel with them. Here I have one band attached to my ankle strap. I wrapped the band around my hand several times for a better grip and increases resistance. You could also create a loop around a straight band. ▪️▪️▪️
For these exercises keep your wrists/elbows/shoulders and knees/hips in line. Kepp your back flat. Tighten your core muscles and do not use your back to initiate the movements. ▪️
Exercise 1️⃣ - Glute kickbacks: concentrate on lifting from your glutes and kicking up and slightly back at the top of the motion
Exercise 2️⃣ - Hamstring extensions: Keep your leg as straight as possible, in line with your back.
