Here’s a drop set I used to do religiously in high-school/college. Built the foundation I have now

CONSISTENTLY INCONSISTENT.
To this day I’ve yet to stick to a regular workout time. My schedule moves around every week. But, 430am lifts are always the most satisfying. Getting ready for the day before the day even starts is something special. Something will interrupt this pattern, but I’ll enjoy every second of it till then.

Having a stable diet has been such a game changer for me mentally. I’ve been taking the gym light. It’s good to take a week or two to “deload”. But it’s good to know I’m not going to lose any progress with consistent eating

It’s interesting how after never really caring about my specific weight I now need to track it so o don’t lose too much too fast. Probably get down to 205-208 and sit there if it’s comfortable

Usually when I cut I start to over think weight lifting and go for lighter weight and more reps. Not this time. I’ve put in into someone else’s hands and it’s been amazing.
