So what exactly HAPPENS at MAKE/SHIFT? If you're thinking about coming but aren't sure what to expect- LET ME TELL YOU! We hold the roundtables at different venues around San Diego. You'd arrive, grab a beverage and find your assigned table. You will be matched with a group of approximately 5-6 other business owners, plus one facilitator. After a little mingling with the larger group, getting settled and sorting through your awesome swag, we will introduce the event and then you dive in with your table to tackling each other's questions. Each person receives 20 minutes dedicated solely to addressing their specific needs but generally there is a lot to be learned by listening and participating in each person's topics. The facilitator will address each person and topic and once the table hears a bit about the background they are all invited to give feedback and help brainstorm. You will compile your action items into a worksheet as a useful to put ideas into action and shift yourself towards your goals.
