It only took almost 9 months, but they were definitely worth the wait!
Super 7's Ultimate Masters of the Universe classics He-Man, Skeletor and Faker finally arrived yesterday!
Now let's get the cons outta the way real quick.
Really disappointed that they didn't follow through with the resealable packaging on these figures. That would've made them almost perfect! Also the big ass hole in the packaging is stupid since these aren't supposed to be retail releases. He-Man's hair is way too brown too. It's a nitpick but a fair one I think.
Other than that, they're super cool! Great throwback to the original MOTU Mattel figures from the 80's!
The extra heads are nicely sculpted although I sorta wish they had given us filmation alt heads too. Eh, I'll live. The weapons look nice as do the sculpts. I compared them to my Anti-Eternia He-Man and they seem to be in scale. I won't know until I open one and I'm still debating that since there's no resealable package. I would like to see how the poseablity and articulation are on these guys so we'll see how long I can hold off from opening one. Ha.
Faker is by far my favorite from the set. There's something about that blue and orange color scheme that is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
I didn't order Ram Man or Teela because I wasn't that interested in those two. I would like the new Hordak filmation figure they're making though.
I hope everyone else who's been waiting since last December finally got theirs as well. It's been a long tumultuous delayed wait, but totally worth it in the end.
