When you get the urge to do a little glute workout! Sometimes all you need is a resistance band and some motivation😊 I also do this workout indoors using a couch for hip thrusts. Enjoy😘xoxo

Don’t know about you, but I always finish my training sessions with stretches. Plus I often stretch during training. Stretching elongates muscles plus increases blood circulation. And it’s free! What’s not to love😘xoxo

No matter the time - even at 23.45. There’s always time to train. Lol! I have been asked if training late affects my sleep. Of course not ...I also practice deep breathing. But that’s another story. 💟xoxo

Our bodies WANT to stay in shape regardless of age. It’s how we treat them that makes all the difference. I never look at the lovely clean food I’m eating as a ‘diet’ and actually wouldn’t like to eat any other way. Nourish your amazing body and reap the rewards.😍xoxo
