One thing I love about this lifestyle is being able to make healthy food look and taste naughty 😏 Chocolate protein french toasts topped with blueberries, peanut butter, almond flakes, shredded coconut and cal free chocolate caramel syrup 😍

Hey I'm starting to look like I kinda lift 😏 This past week I was really unmotivated about training. But it happens, now I'm back at it πŸ‘Š Soooo excited for Bodypower UK in May, can't wait 😍

Sunday means pancaaakes πŸ˜πŸ“πŸŒ
I made those chocolate protein pancakes in honestly 15min, I didn't follow any recipe as always and they are amazing πŸ‘‰ Just throw in a blender: β–ͺ half a banana β–ͺ 1 egg (or a chia egg to make it vegan!)
β–ͺ 1 pot of plain soy yogurt (100g)
β–ͺ 1 scoop of chocolate whey or vegan protein powder β–ͺ 1/2 cup of oats (~45g)
I topped them with the other half of banana, strawberries, soy yogurt and honey πŸ€—

Yayy I'm finally starting to see some hammies and calves appear 😁 Okay so after reading @jennalovisa 's latest post about food I decided to start a lean bulk. Since I came back from England after enjoying food a lot, I started a cut in order to get abs and be "bikini ready". At the same time I want to build muscle and improve strenght at the gym.. What a silly idea πŸ˜‘ I still managed to build a little bit of muscle and I am happy to see my stomach leaning out but here's the thing: I'm very often hungry, so I'm craving junk food at the end of the day, and I am weak at the gym. This is not healthy and not sustainable. Now I want to focus on getting a good relationship with food, and especially get STRONGER and improve my lifts ! πŸ‹ The most important thing in this lifestyle is to be HAPPY, to fuel your body the way it deserves to be and to workout because you LOVE YOUR BODY and it makes you feel good ❀ Anyway, I'm first going to increase my calories to my maintenance and then slowly adding a bit more maybe every week, keeping it clean. I hope I won't do a food coma, wish me luck πŸ˜‚ #letsbulknow#screwsummershred

Legday today was goood the pump is there πŸ’¦I wish I looked like this without flexing the hell out of my glutes though πŸ˜‚ I did stretching and glute activation, barbell squats, smith lunges, one legged push down on assisted dip machine, reverse abductor machine with resistance band (try it πŸ˜₯), and hip thrusts βœ…
In love with these leggings from @primark, they were only Β£5 and are seriously the most flattering leggings I own. πŸ’•

PASTA GAINS 😏 Because what would be life without pasta ? πŸπŸ’• I made this super simple chicken meatballs bolognese pasta, with of course a shit ton of parmesan cheese πŸ§€ I was craving it so bad and I decided to get a bit creative, it turned out amazing !
In the fitness industry pasta is not viewed as a "healthy food": it's a big misconception. Don't listen to the bro science.. There's no such thing as "good food" and "bad food". It's all about macro nutrients, PORTION CONTROL and moderation. A carb source is a carb source whether it's white pasta or quinoa. Of course you have to eat mostly micronutrient-dense food, real non processed food, complex carbs bla bla bla.. But you can enjoy a good plate of pasta and still improve your health and fitness. 😊

Me and my carby belly are ready for legday πŸ€— New goal: get my shit together and actually upgrade my squat game, I need to reach at least my bodyweight. Let's get it πŸ’ͺ
