9. Sleep. Sometimes I sleep on the floor. It's just something that happens 🤷♂️. No matter where you do it, you gotta do it. Sleep is good. Even if you don't wake up feeling rested, sleeping is a good way to pass the time without feeling pain. (Except nightmares but I haven't found a cure for mine yet so I have no tips on that 🤷♂️🤷♂️)
10. Exercise. I hate exercise, personally. But these handy little weights have been very helpful for popping my back when I stretch with them. Cans of soup also work (they are ~15 oz, so nearly 1 lb (American standard. My dumbass country doesn't teach the metric system). 👍
