🌰 Nuts: Boost your levels of selenium which is a powerful antioxidant and plays a key role in maintaining a healthy metabolism.
🌿 Cocoa: The best way to gain the benefits from cocoa is by enjoying a square or two of 70% dark chocolate, no need to sress about the fat in dark chocolate as it does not raise cholesterol levels and is low in sugar.

Day 21. Rest Day. Oops I'm at the gym. I got up at 5am and felt like doing some light cardio. Yes weird as I'm definitely not a morning person (hence why I'm always doing night duty!) but trying to get up early and I do feel amazing now. It's 1 degree this morning and I was chipping ice off my window, would have been so much easier to stay in bed but here I am. I get teased quite often about my Insta, eating healthy and going to the gym, but I am here documenting my journey for MYSELF, if you want to come for the ride you are welcome. I hope I help motivate others because there is nothing better than looking after number 1. Your health will take you into a long and happy life. Happiness for me is lifting heavy 💪Thank you @laurensimpson I have never been so motivated and how my life has changed so much doing this challenge. Boss babes 🙌
