The standard straight bar pulldown is most popular for building your lats, but how else can you build your back through vertical movements?

The V-bar pulldown hits your lats while simultaneously providing great stimulation for your lower and middle traps, rhomboids and serratus.

💪Overall hitting more muscles, it is an easier movement to utilise more weight, and for some will feel more natural.
