Try out this circuit…this one is a real booty burner🔥🔥

1. Lateral Lunges
2. Lunge to kickback
3. Plank kickback
4. Kickback crossover
5. Single leg glute bridge
6. Squat to leg lift
7. Squat jumps

It’s not boring food that I get sick of - I’ve learned you can eat nice and tasty food but still get results. The best part is, I don’t even feel like I need a cheat meal. I went out for dinner for my sons birthday and I wanted dessert and I did have it, I lived. I had a healthy main and skipped carbs and only ate half of it as it was so big but it didn’t put me backwards. Even my husband is eating what I eat - he is a freak with his food, exercise and so disciplined, but he is seeing results!

😌🎶 A little bit of cardio ain’t never hurt nobody 🎶😌 A lot of people believe cardio is VITAL to losing weight - nope!

A CALORIE DEFICIT is what helps you to drop body fat! 💁🏼‍♀️ Cardio is simply one method you can use to create that deficit state - other ways include eating below your daily caloric expenditure (that’s where macro tracking plugs in) and training at a higher intensity, etc.
.
Personally, I like to utilise both HIIT and LISS in my training routine if my goal is to get shredded quickly! But always remember, it’s quality, not quantity...

💥Warm Up: 5 Minutes Walk 8% Incline
💥Incline 15% (Holding On) Walk - 2 Minutes
💥Incline 15% (Hands Off) Run - 30 Seconds ✅ repeat Walk & Run For 10 Rounds

💥Deadmill Sprints (treadmill is turned off & you just drive through your legs to get the belt moving)
